BARRE: This workout delivers incredible body-changing results with low impact that is approachable for all fitness levels and ages, pulling together a fusion of Pilates, ballet, balance and muscle endurance.

CARDIO DRUM & TONE: Fitness drumming! Get your sticks. Shake, shimmy, tone and HAVE FUN!

FULL BODY CIRCUITS: A MUST DO class with different exercises and different equipment each week for a full body circuit workout; alternating cardio, upper body and lower body while focusing around getting your whole body working hard. 

H.E.A.T.: High Energy Athletic Training. Need I say more?

KETTLEBELL: A workout using kettlebell weights that increases strength & endurance, challenging both the muscular & cardiovascular systems with dynamic, total-body movements.

MELT: Melt all your stress away with this high calorie, high energy, cardio & strength workout that will leave you wanting to come back for more. All levels welcome.

SHRED: Total body workout using heavy weights and resistance training to shred your body! Expect to sweat, overcome challenges, while leaving feeling stronger and more determined. All levels welcome.

STEP: Cardio vascular challenge using an adustable platform.

STEP & SCULPT: Cardio vascular challenge rotating 3-5 minutes step and 3-5 minutes strength training. Using an adjustable platform.

TABATA: Tabata is a form of high intensity interval training (H.I.I.T.) that offers numerous health benefits. You will exercise for 20 seconds of intense training then 10 seconds of rest for 4 minutes with a total of 8 rounds in each 4-minute session. Be prepared to sweat and melt some fat! If you love a challenge, then you’ll love Tabata!

TORCH: Bootcamp and circuit training are fused together in this total body workout.

THE BURN: High energy complete body workout. This workout includes low impact/high intensity cardio conditioning; toning exercises using a variety of equipment; concluding with a series of stretching combinations.

ZUMBA: A Latin-inspired "dance fitness party" that combines international and Latin rhythms with easy-to-follow high-energy steps.



KICKBOXING: Cardio conditioning and kickboxing drills using heavy bags. Core and abdominal exercises included!



NOTE: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class to set up bikes as not to disrupt the class. THIS IS A MUST FOR NEW RIDERS.

SPIN: A cardio-vascular workout for the whole body that utilizes a special stationary bicycle. All fitness levels.

SPIN INTERVAL: This class will consist of a combination of hills, flats, jumps, and sprints, while working in aerobic and anaerobic thresholds. Abs included.



"ABS"OLUTE: A full body workout focusing on strengthening your core muscles.

ARMS & ABS: A great class to condition the upper body & core muscles using a variety of equipment including free weights, body bars, body balls and much more!

STRENGTH & STRETCH: Use of a bench platform or Bosu with weights focusing on super sets for strength. A series of stretching combinations to stretch the flex movements and to calm the mind, body & soul.



PILATES PLUS: Based on the techniques invented by Joseph Pilates to strengthen & lengthen various muscles of the body-including yoga techniques to allow further strengthening & meditation.

YOGA/PILATES FUSION: Blend of Pilates and yoga exercise to increase strength, balance and flexibility. Weights, flex ring, tubing, body ball are used to challenge you.

YOGA: Traditional yoga postures with a modern perspective. This class blends movement & breath in a creative flowing sequence to help energize the body & balance the mind.
