"Thanks to Darlene Chilcutt, I am on my way to feeling really confident about my appearance. I am a 27 year old male, who has been recovering from a serious car accident for the last 11 years. I am still struggling daily with serious medical issues, but I wanted to build muscle and bulk up my frame. So I talked to my doctor about gaining some muscle, because that is something that I find very important at this time. My doctor said she would approve "IF" a physical therapist could be present; due to over exertion and potential health problems. We found BOTH in Darlene. She is not only a trainer, but also a licensed health professional and certified health and fitness specialist.
I have been working with Darlene for 15 months now and I am so thankful for her help. She changes our workouts constantly well continuing to keep them challenging, interesting, and mostly fun. "Upon
the urging of my teenage son, we joined the Trenton Athletic club
about 8 months ago. My initial thought was that Iwould be going to the group fitness classes and
maybe running on a treadmill here and there. I scheduled an
orientation session for my son and myself because I wanted him to use
the equipment correctly and not hurt himself. They matched us up
with Darlene, she showed us the various equipment and set up a couple
of routines for us to do. To my surprise, I actually stuck with the
routines and fitness classes. Darlene was very good about not
pushing me into anything more until I was ready. About 3 months
after joining, Darlene talked to me a bout personal training. I had
been faithfully doing my routines but I was really not losing any
noticeable weight. I started training with Darlene and a couple
months into it, low and behold the weight started coming off!
Training with Darlene is great because she always has something new
to try week after week, I don't ever get bored with it and I actually
look forward to my hour with her each week. I am down 15 pounds and
12 inches and I feel great. Darlene is a great motivator and a true
friend!"

"I can't say enough about TAC. I joined nearly 7 months ago and so far, am down 51 lbs. It feels good! The staff here is amazing and always willing to help. TAC is not just another "gym". The variety of drop in classes offered help keep my workout fresh and exciting. I try to incorporate these along with the cardio and weight training. I've met a lot of great people and learned a lot. I still have a ways to go but I plan to continue on my journey and am thankful to have TAC to help me get there. (Oh yea, did I mention they have on site childcare!!!)"
