Group Fitness

We have the BEST group exercise program in the Downriver area with Certified Instructors who are dedicated to all of our members. Our Instructors will challenge you with classes such as: Zumba, Zumbatomic*, Step, Yoga, Pilates, Spinning, Kickboxing, Turbo Kick, Body Ball, Interval Bosu and many more.  
Our classes reach out to every generation, every level of fitness and will challenge everyone while having fun all at the same time! 

Have you tried a ZUMBA party session yet?  ! This class is HOT using Latin inspired music and rythmns. No dance background necessary. All of our instructors are Zumba certified so you are in the best of hands and we will show you the correct moves that will inspire you while revving up your cardio & core.  Ditch the workout and join the party!
