KETTLE BELL TRAINING: A workout using kettle bell weights that increases strength & endurance, challenging both the muscular & cardiovascular systems with dynamic, total-body movements
STATION NATION: Military-style cardio & strength drills. Each class is different for muscle confusion.
STEP: Warm-up, cardiovascular challenge using an adjustable platform. Intermediate to advanced.
STEP & SCULPT: Warm up, cardiovascular challenge using an adjustable platform with weights, body bar or tubing for an intense upper & lower body work out.
STEP & MORE: Alternating the step platform, bosu, gliding discs with weights, body bar or tubing for a intense lower and upper body work out.
TABATA: Tabata is a form of high intensity interval training (HIIT) that offers numerous health benefits. You will exercise for 20 seconds of intense training then 10 seconds of rest for 4 minutes with a total of 8 rounds in each 4 minute session. Be prepared to sweat and melt some fat! If you love a challenge then you’ll love Tabata!
ZUMBA: A Latin-inspired "dance fitness party" that combines international and Latin rhythms with easy-to-follow high-energy steps.
KICKBOXING: Cardio conditioning and kickboxing drills using heavy bags. Core and abdominal exercises included!
KICKBOXING & MORE: Includes the use of tubing, weights & more!
BOOT CAMP BOXING: A fast paced challenging mix of drill style exercises and boxing with heavy bags that trains both cardio and muscular endurance. No cry babies allowed!!!

SPIN: A cardio-vascular workout for the whole body that utilizes a special stationary bicycle. All fitness levels.
SPIN INTERVAL: This class will consist of a combination of hills, flats, jumps, and sprints, while working in aerobic and anaerobic thresholds. Abs included.
SPIN & ABS: Forty minutes of spin and ten minutes of abs.
"ABS"olute: A full body workout focusing on strengthening your core muscles.
ARMS & ABS: A great class to condition the upper body & core muscles using a variety of equipment including free weights, body bars, body balls and much more!
MUSCLE MAX: A wide variety of toning & strength exercises using weights, body bar, tubing, weighted balls, the step or Bosu to challenge every major muscle group. All exercise levels welcome.
STRENGTH & STRETCH: Use of a bench platform or Bosu with weights focusing on super sets for strength. A series of stretching combinations to stretch the flex movements and to calm the mind, body & soul.
YOGA AND PILATES
PILATES PLUS: Based on the techniques invented by Joseph Pilates to strengthen & lengthen various muscles of the body. Including yoga techniques to allow further strengthening & meditation.
PILATES ADVANCED: Intermediate/advanced level (pre-requisite of Pilates Mat 6 weeks). Personalized instruction using a flex toner ring & more.
YOGA/PILATES FUSION: Blend of Pilates and yoga exercise to increase strength, balance and flexibility. Weights, tubing, body ball and Bosu may be used to challenge you.
YOGA: Traditional yoga postures with a modern perspective. This class blends movement & breath in a creative flowing sequence to help energize the body & balance the mind.
GENTLE FLOW YOGA:Begins with breath awareness and slowly moves through flowing sequences. Poses may be held a little longer. This is a come as you are, no pressure yoga class. Leave feeling relaxed and fulfilled!
VINYASA FLOW YOGA: Smooth flowing yoga poses that emphasize flexibility, strength and concentration of breath. Core targeted exercises are included to firm the abs and ends with a short relaxation segment. Ideal for all fitness levels especially athletes who want to improve range of movement and performance levels.
